Worst Customer Service I have experienced.

And clearly they don't care as this board is full of complaints. Why stay with a company that doesn't care about it's customers? I pay 3k a year to Verizon - worst company ever!

Statistically, people complain more about products and services online than they praise. I certainly don't brag about getting faster than paid for speeds with Comcast, but when it's down I do.
