I have a Kyocera Cadence LTE, and I can no longer play videos in the web browser (YouTube). Videos on YouTube DID play fine on this phone 6 months ago. Is there an update to the system browser to play html 5 content / video?

Please know that not all video codecs are supported on this particular device so we definitely want to investigate this matter further. May we ask how your video experience has been on other websites? Can you please confirm the current software version on your device as well? You may find this information by going into Menu > Tools & Settings > Settings > About Phone > Software Info > Software version.
