2nd zte cymbal flip put on my account and I can not get any data/internet usage on them. However Verizon makes me pay for it but do not get data or discount or results. Spent 4 hours on the phone over 2 days getting the run around and Verizon can not help me. Verizon says antenna on phones are not good ... Why did they work on prepaid Verizon network last week? Both are Verizon phones I purchased new and waited 30 days to activate and both had data / browser that worked on prepaid for internet but not on monthly auto paid account. What is wrong with this picture? I am looking into Consumer Cellular, AARP or anything else. They have $20 a month for more use than I can get on these Verizon phones. Poor phones/customer service.
