i have a lg v 10 that wont start up and has a black screen. I was using facebook yesterday and my phone just crashed. its been of since yesterday. ive tried to charge it but it wont even show that the device is charging. this morning i tried to turn it on and it started to load the lg start up screen then just shut off again. ive tried to put in phone into safe mode but havent had any luck either.
I'm sorry to hear your V10 won't fully power on. I know how much I rely on my phone. Let's look further into this. Is the device damaged in any way? Have you tried a different charger?
