can't receive incoming calls

I recently removed 3 lines from my account one being an apple watch that had number share. After the devices were removed I noticed after a couple of days that any incoming call was showing the notification for 2 seconds then sending the call to voicemail. I have been dealing with this for a week now. I have been to a local store and the poor lady that tried to fix my issue tried everything she knew to do, and nothing worked. I have updated my phone, rebooted, and deleted apps. I do not have the Verizon one talk app on my phone. I can send/receive  texts but often have to try multiple times to even make an outgoing call.
