contacts not able to hear me when i call

I have a Droid Turbo. Sometimes when I place a call, either with the quick dial or by clicking on a contact, the contact can't hear me. If I redial, sometimes they still can't hear me so I have to wait until they call me back, then its fine.

One way audio on calls doesn't make for a good conversation, bender_sf. Let's get to the bottom of this. How long has this been happening? Had anything changed on the device (i.e. software update, new app, etc) when this issue began? Does this happen everywhere, or in a particular location?

no, this is a pretty new phone. Ive only had it a couple of months. But it has happened since I got it. it doesn't happen all of the time but happened again this morning. Happened in my apartment this morning. it has happened in my car at work also.

Thanks for this additional feedback. Let's keep working together on this. Audio is the main function of a phone, so we don't want you to have to suffer without reliable audio. Do you use bluetooth or any other sort of headset with your phone, or just the phone by itself?

Thanks so much for getting back with us so quick. I really appreciate your efforts. I know this is a major deal for you, so we'll keep working together until we get a fix. The next thing we'll want to try is placing the phone into safe mode and seeing if the issue persists. Safe mode will temporarily prevent any third party apps from running. I'll place the steps on how to enter safe mode below. Basically, you'll just want to enter safe mode on the phone and then see if the problem is the same or not, then exit safe mode. The only problem with putting the phone in safe mode is I never know when this will happen again. It doesn't happen every time I make a call, just sporadically. It could be tomorrow or it could be next weekend.

Nothing has helped and today all of my emails are gone. Phone shows it is trying to sync but doesn't seen to be doing it. I think this phone is junk. I want a replacement.
