I lost the LG cell phone.
I purchased a Samsung.
How do I get the detail from my LG to the Samsung?

It depends on where your data is backed up.... Verizon Cloud or Google???
You can backup from either of those back to your new phone. If you have Verizon Cloud, it will restore virtually everything, including your text messages and calls; Google will NOT restore text messages and calls.
With either backup method, you will need to re-set any particular settings for your new phone. - - You can always go to YouTube for a "how to" video on either of the above restore/backup methods. Hopefully, you have one of those to choose. Good luck!

Verizon backs up contacts for free. Photos, videos, documents and music are backed up only if you pay for cloud premium service. Says so when you access cloud storage. Photos and videos for me are backed up free on Google. Documents and music are stored on an SD card. Texts and calls never had need to back up.
