what draws down data? I have 4GB, plus some carryover from last month and I'm almost out with 2 days left in my cycle. checked and found "use Wifi" turned off. Could that have caused a drain on my usage?

41Sparky, this can definetly be a reason as to why you had used more Data this Month due to you not being connected to a Wi-Fi signal. CecileC_VZW

41sparky, there are several reasons why Wi-Fi could be turned off. I can definitely address a few of them. Wi-Fi can turn off following a software update. It can occur accidentally if pressing the Wi-Fi shortcut button in your status bar or placing the phone into airplane mode. Wi-Fi could be disabled if using a battery saver program or other service that may be in conflict with Wi-Fi being turned on (i.e. mobile hotspot). You can always utilize programs like our Verizon Up Rewards program in order to obtain bonus GB data during those months you may be running low.
