dropped calls

customer since bell atlantic days in 1985.  its worse now than ever with the dropped calls. everyone I talk to is complaining. "something is up" is the most common comment. I cant complete a 3 minute business call without having to call the party back. wi-fi calling works when it feels like it. I installed One Talk and its useless for forwarding calls so i stopped using it. I now have to forward all my calls to my mobile and I cant complete a call without LOS.

I never wanted to go through the hassle of switching carriers but its clear Verizon does not care.
