I have been trying to sign up for auto pay on my account since the first part of December.
They just can't seem to get it right. I have spent HOURS calling the customer service line and actually connected with a couple of supervisors.
I need this to go up the ladder and can never get past the gate keeper!
We have been with Verizon for 20 years...this has been a nightmare.
Any suggestions how to get the attention of a manager??
I'm sorry you were having a problem with Auto Pay 5monthnightmare. What issues are you having with it? Is it withdrawing on a different date?
