I never seen such a runaround like the last half hour I got from VERIZON after they sent me an e-mail telling me I was eligible for free call filter. what a bunch oF B...s... JUST ANOTHER REASON TO LEAVE VERIZON
The free version doesn't work. I use Hiya, it's free and works excellent! Verizon wants you to upgrade to the paid version.
