Had to reset phone after update, video calls not working and also my mic is showing muted but it is not muted when I make calls. any help would would be great.
It's important to have access to all of the calling features on your device. I'm more than glad to assist in getting your phone working as soon as possible. Is the update you're referring to an operating system software update or did you update a different application that necessitated a reset?
