Help has arrived! When did you begin to experience this issue? Is there any physical/liquid damage? Are you using any Bluetooth devices when speaking on the phone?

Thanks for the information! So bluetooth works, lets see if it's a specific channel. Does the issue happen on speakerphone as well?
