hot spot and it's automatically going to roaming

I have been using my android and hot spot and never had a problem until today.

I got on the hot spot and it automatically went to roaming. I did not activate the roaming button and it is not activated. Chatted all day with verizon coach and they could not help.

Is there anyone out there who can help

we want to make sure you are able to access your Jetpack with out is showing that it is roaming. With regard to your device are you having issues with connecting to the internet with roaming showing? JasperM_VZW
