how do i stop phone from deleting email from my email server. I can't get email on PC outlook because phone is deleting emails off my email server automatically.
My guess would be that you have the phone and desktop or laptop synced with the same email account. That being a Microsoft email account where you mention Outlook. The server whoever that might be would require a user name and password, and unlikely delete emails automatically, unless setup in preferences to delete upon reaching a certain limit, or time frame.
So it would seem to be where Microsoft has changed their email configuration from outlook.com to hotmail.com, that you would need to sign into your Microsoft email account using hotmail.com, instead of outlook.com, with the same password.
