We can text from our cells, but no calls come in & we can't call out..... And our "landline" phone is actually thru a router from you.... so I guess it's operating like a cellular one? & all we have is a beeping sound-- like a busy signal-- when there should be dialtone! And no one can call us on tha one either. Is this currently a problem in Frackville, PA for anyone else??

Is there an outage in the Frackville area since last night?
You might check/post your issue at https://downdetector.com/status/verizon/ in case you can't call/report it to Verizon. Although, this reporting site is generally wireless network issues. If your phone is connected to a router as you state, what network is the router connected to and have you contacted that provider (this is a Verizon Wireless forum)? What make/model router do you have?
