we already have a kindle that has been using 4G for years. the new one connected when we first got it . Amazon says it is incompatibility . Can anyone help with this?
Keeping your Kindle connected is a must, BOOHERP14. This is indeed concerning that it connected when you first got it but it isn't connecting now. Let's get to the bottom of this. What model Kindle do you have? What happens when you try to connect to the 4G network?
