Called LG, They told me that since it has to be carrier approved that it would take longer. Because is unlocked. Does VZ have any plan to approve that?

As the software is released by the manufacturers, we are the tool that allows the update to go to the devices. Because we do not create the updates, we do not have the ability to alter them for devices that are not fully compatible with our network. I hope this helps to provide clarity.
