Hello - my contact specific tones are not being used on my message plus app.....they were and now they stopped - Can someone please help?

That's definitely strange, pompaii. Let's do all we can to get them working for you again. With your M8, did you recently perform an update to the Verizon Messages app? Have you tried removing the personalized contact tones, and setting them like new? Any difference?
