My mobile hotspot says checking subscription status.....then says it's not available and to call customer sales for broadband access....why all of a sudden?? I pay almost $200 a month for a contract plan and need my hotspot to run devices at my home office...any help as to why NOW all of a sudden?
What's the connecting device's operating system? Are you using an Android OS, Apple iOS, Macintosh, or Windows OS system to connect to that device?
