mobile hotspot not turning on.

My mobile hotspot says checking subscription status.....then says it's not available and to call customer sales for broadband access....why all of a sudden?? I pay almost $200 a month for a contract plan and need my hotspot to run devices at my home office...any help as to why NOW all of a sudden?

You definitely deserve the service that you pay for! Do you subscribe to prepaid or postpaid wireless service with us for that Mobile Hotspot device? Are you connecting using the wireless hotspot or by tethering with a cable?

 

What's the connecting device's operating system? Are you using an Android OS, Apple iOS, Macintosh, or Windows OS system to connect to that device?
