My Galaxy J7 V will not charge in my car or while trying to use a wireless charger. Is there a setting that is wrong
cigarette lighter or usb?? is it a verizon charging pad??

Help is here! Making sure your phone charges is important. Letโs figure this out by gathering some other clues to this charging mystery. Are both the car charger & the wireless charger purchased through Verizon Wireless? Do you know if there is any physical or liquid damage to the phone, car charger or wireless charger? How long ago did the car charger & wireless charger not been charging your phone?

I'm not sure the J7V is capable of wireless charging. Did you check the specs on the device?
As for it not charging in your car, did you try the cable that came with the phone with a known good charger? How about in someone else's car (ie how do you know your cigarette lighter is good).
