My Moto g4 says it's manually locked. It sarted freezing up 3 days ago. I emoved the battery last night and after puttin it back in, worked fine. Now it's manuall locked and i cant use it

Longbranch, we can't have you locked out or have your phone freezing, especially around the holiday season. Let's fix the lock issue first, then we can move onto the freezing issue. First, we'd like to gather some information about the lock screen. When did you start having issues with the manual lock? Do you recall any changes to the phone (settings, apps, updates) when the issue started? How often is the screen manually locking?
