how to unlock
I would suggest the following:
1. Restart Device (if removable battery, pull the battery; if not, simulate battery pull [typically hold POWER and VOLUME DOWN])
2. Replace SIM Card
This usually happens when:
1.) There is no SIM card in the phone
2.) There is no active service
3.) There is no signal reception
badstink, Let's get your phone unlocked. When did this happen? What were you doing on the phone before this happened? What model phone do you have?
