hello, I have an lg classic flip with Tracfone service and I have been unable to receive mms messages on it. I can send them but I can't receive them. Tracfone couldn't help so I tried eliminating possibilities. I have a second phone with a different phone number but the same model and I tried putting that sim card in my phone and it worked. Then I tried putting my sim card in the other phone and it didn't work. So then I tried transferring my number to the other sim card that worked: but once I transferred my number still i had the same problem. then I transferred the other number to my sim card that wasn't working and it did work. so it doesn't seem to be a problem with the phone or the sim card. Could it be a problem with the number somehow? Because the other number works in both sim cards but my number doesn't work in either. Just to clarify, when I say it does or doesn't work I am referring to the capability to receive mms messages.
any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated
