pictures getting a gray box why?

Take pictures they are saved to an SD card. When I look at picture it shows up for a second then a gray box comes over it. Can still see it below fine. Not ever picture. Help!

Did you try turning your phone off, removing the SD card, reinserting the SD card and then powering it back on?
