poor coverage in 80525

Hi!

I had pretty bad coverage where I came from, but since moving into my new house, I'm lucky to have two bars of 3G, and usually have 1x on my Note 3. My son's LG G4 and other sons iPhone 5c are just as bad, and my wife's S4 is worse.  I have tried these things:

- powered on/off phone

- reset network

- turned roaming on and off

- turned global on and off

- turned airplane mode on and off

- factory reset phone

I can see one tower, and know that there are plenty of others within 5 miles, including up on the foothills next to the town. The coverage remains poor at least two miles east to where my daughter lives.

Oh, and I'm well within the red on the map. I've been on Verizon for years for the coverage. Now, it sucks so badly it's probably time to switch.

Anything I can do? Anything that Verizon is planning to do?

labratfc,

We truly want you to have the best service posssible. It would break my heart to see you go. I would love to look into your service concerns. What type of issues do your run into when trying to place a call or text? How far do you actually have to travel for service to improve? Have you ever had a ticket filed regarding your service concern?

Hi Lindsey

The problems I have include dropped calls, slow and failed text message sending and receiving (whether MMS or SMS), and data connection issues. I have typically 1-2 bars of service. I have to travel at least 2 miles, depending on the direction, to get a connection of 3 bars or greater and a 4G signal.

I have not had a ticket filed.
