Why are the Samsung tech support people so rude? today my phones volume control switch quit working. I called Samsung as I was told my warranty doesn't cover physical damage. I told them there is no physical damage to the phone and they said a broken volume control switch is physical damage. I went through the roof. I asked them how they determined it was physical damage and they came back with the same statement. I think its Samsung getting out of honoring their warranty. There for I decided to drop my verizon account and go else where, I will never own another Samsung product as long as i live and I will let the social media know how I was treated. Congratulations Samsung you succeeded in loosing a long time customer. If I treated one of my customers like that I would deserve to be out of business.
