i have a basic phone by choice, a TCL and one day, it wouldn't send pictures to my AOL e-mail and i spent weeks on the phone with VERIZON tech. support who even came to the conclusion that i needed to replace my phone so i did-got the same phone but still couldn't send pics. and i got SO frustrated and one day, i remembered that AOL (my e-mail since the beginning of time) had changed their format and i HATED it but it forced me to change it-i decided to go in and see what other options i had with AOL and switched to 'whatever' they were suggesting and THAT is what fixed the problem so, i thought maybe some other people here might have the same problem.
