I just purchased a Droid today.  How do I send a picture to the Droid from my computer?  And can I make that picture my wallpaper?

1. Email it.

2. Send it via MMS to your phone number @vzwpix.com

3. Plug it into your PC using the USB cable. On the phone go to menu-settings-notifications, switch to USB mass storage.

Now your phone shows up on your PC as a flash drive.

Yes, you can use it as a wall paper.

I think I was on overload with learning how to operate my new Droid.  So far I love it all except  the battery life seems to go faster than I would like.

Smartphones are mobile computers, your laptop won't last all day either.

Battery life is user dependent. It's a matter of how frequently you have data syncing, whether or not your in a good area for 3G, and various other things.

I don't expect it to last all day that's why I charge it throughout the day.
