verizon customer service a nightmare

MY phone now suddenly will not charge. Trying to get help at 4:30 in morning is a lost cause. I have had impossible times trying to get verizon on the phone in the past and consider their customer service response a disaster since I can never get to a live person and when your cellphone is dead and not able to respond to texts, this lack of customer service is a joke.,
