Considering upgrading to an Android Lolipop phone. I have a severe speech impediment and cerebral palsy. would this version of android possibly support voice control for me?
This is usually phone/vendor specific, since Android devices and their manufacturers can write their own spin of Android. By default Android Lollipop does have some Voice control, and applications from the Play Store can add additional features such as Voice Dialing.
