people tell me they want to leave a message for me but they get 'mailbox full.' I see no messages in voice mail. what do I do?
Have you called your voicemail to check messages? Is it set up properly? Might need Verizon to reset your VM.
Yes, shows zero messages. Will bring phone back to Verizon. Ready for an update anyway.

Help is right here, front & center linda810! Were you able to get your voice mail issue resolved? If not then what model Android device do you have? Do you have any saved voice mail messages on your device? Also, do you use any 3rd party calling apps? For example, I have Google Voice and it used to route calls to its voice mail instead of the standard Verizon voice mail. I want to make sure that this isn't the case with you.

Same here. Since I conduct a lot of business from my phone, this is unacceptable to have an empty voicemail but tells callers it is full.

Good morning Tuckf15, The original thread is a bit old so we wanted to confirm the situation. People are calling your wireless number and receiving a message that your Voicemail box is full? How long has this been going on? Have you been able to confirm that your Voicemail box is empty?
