Does anyone know why Verizon has blocked the Sony "FM Radio" app that is normally on the Experia Z3 phones?
If you type "FM Radio" into the forum search bar, you will get MANY threads with very detailed info as to why this is not going to happen.
Spirit UL works pretty well, but I do agree that it's a shame that Verizon locks away the FM radio feature. The phone has the full hardware capability for this feature, so why has Verizon blocked it? Sounds like an attempted money-grab to me.
I invite you to type "FM Radio" into the forum search bar to find further explanations.
