What type of phone do you have. Did the phone get an update recently?

SREALE03, making sure your device is able to connect to your home Wi-Fi is a priority. Allow us to further investigate the details. Can you please provide us the make/model of your device? What happens when you try to connect your device to your Wi-Fi network (error message, connects/disconnects)? Also, does your device have trouble connecting to any other Wi-Fi network?
