Does anyone have any tips on how to resolve the outrageous $200 when you switch program?
I was promised a mastercard (gift card) to spend anywhere for each phone we switched over. What I got was a gift card to the Verizon store. I tried calling in about it and got nowhere (shocker) but I was stressed out and out of town so I might have given up before I hit the right wall. Does anyone have any tips for using these in the best way possible?
I have no interest in ANY accoutrement. If I have to, I'll use it to pay the verizon bill, but what I want is the gift card I was promised. Ideas?
