I ported 2 lines to Verizon. I was suppose to get $200 switcher rebate per line. That is what the rep at the Verizon store told me. I call in after few weeks to ask for the rebate and how to claim it. The rep on the phone says they will call me back and never do. How do I get my rebate????

Kaymel419, welcome to the Verizon family! We understand how important it is to be able to complete the redemption process for any eligible promotional offer for your account. The redemption process can be completed through your My Verizon account online, using the following steps: Access the rebate from My Notifications or by navigating to My Orders > Rebates>Review information and click Submit. Also, from you My Verizon App you would complete the following steps: Access rebate forms through My Notifications > in App Alerts or Shop > Orders > Rebates> Review the information>Click Submit. After completing the redemption process eligibility is confirmed. Once eligibility is confirmed, it can take up to 8 week after submission to receive the gift card. Please let us know here if you still have redemption issues after attempting these steps.

Not quite a "bait and switch" situation, as they don't switch to anything else....more like a "bait and forget about you" deal. You're not the first, and you won't be the last.

Good luck....they told me I would get money for my old phone when bought a new one with new plane....gave me a credit on first billing, then reversed it on second billing and told me I don't qualify. I told them to give me my phone back....but they said they can't. LIARS. Working at Verizon.

I know I would be upset if I received a credit on my first bill, had it reversed on my second bill, and then was told I didn't qualify myself. At the minimum you'd be due the market value of the device when it was traded in, as we cannot return a device once it has been traded in. We can help take a look into this for you.
