If I can't get a resolution (as I see others have struggled) to get my two $200 rebates I will be returning my phones and canceling my service and going back to ATT.
This is absurd.
We would hate to lose your preference, and we are always here to help out if you are having any issues. To clarify, did you already submit the information for your rebates? If so, do you have the submission ID for them?
