When I log into my account on my app, it shows an offer for 6 months on us for the Disney bundle. When the perk was added, no discount was applied. I've spoken to 2 agents and neither has been able to resolve the issue. They say the promo ended in September or October. My issue is it shows on both the website and the app. Why would an expired promo show eligible on my account? Had any else had any issues with this?
