I accepted the offer for AMC+ Bogo with Netflix for 1 year and paid the full amount November 2 and to this day all I’ve gotten is some runaround pass me to another agent without giving me the Netflix access. But hey Verizon can take the money asap but not give me access to what was promised. I’ve had 3 tickets escalated to no success. Wasted many many hours on chat and phone calls to this date. No resolution. Dropped chats and phone calls always before anything is supposed to get done.
I am done with your shenanigans. Oh yeah thanks for charging me more for the Disney Bundle as well. You messed that up too. Your links don’t work for existing customers, cause more charges than what I am supposed to pay. Next week when I get home I’ll be canceling all your services .. I am done with this garbage customer service.
