Amazon fire 65” tv

I ordered 04/30/24, the last day it said the free Amazon 65” tv promotion was available. I was planning on waiting a few months to switch to Verizon but since that deal was out I just made the switch and clicked the deal before I checkout. Now it’s been 30 days after activation and I haven’t reviewed any confirmation, email, text, or anything related to that promo??

Thank you for reaching out about the Amazon TV promotion. Have you checked your spam folder as well? When you go into your online account is there a redemption tile?

appreciate you getting back so quickly!!
All my emails were deleted when I got this phone so I don’t have any emails or confirmations from the day I ordered. But there was a redemption tile on my account for a few days but everytime I would click it, it would bring me to a Q&A page. But now today the tile isn’t there. I did screen shot it though and I’m glad I did since it’s not there now.

I posted about this just a few minutes ago too , I called yesterday about it and today my tile disappeared as well

That’s why I’m glad I got a screenshot. I didn’t switch and get a new phone 6 months early for no reason lol. I saw the offer and took it and now I don’t even know if I’m able to get it.

Same here, I signed up for services over 30 days ago and never received the TV offer in my email. It does not appear in my profile. I have called Verizon 3 times, spending hours on each call, and they only open tickets, to which I receive no responses. The services are good, but customer service is really lacking. They are neither competent nor professional in providing a definitive solution. They just waste time and justify it as a system error. Even so, I still haven't received the TV or an explanation. Horrible!
