Amazon fire tv promo- invalid code

Has anyone actually redeemed and received the 65” Amazon fire tv? Every time I try to redeem offer it takes me to the Amazon website and I’m told the code is invalid. I’ve spoken to Amazon customer service and they told me it’s a Verizon issue. I’ve contacted support NUMEROUS times but nothing ever gets done! I had one agent tell me to wait until a certain date and I did, and guess what…..code still doesn’t work. I even received the email from Verizon stating o can redeem the offer. I’m not sure what else to do. I’m tired of the chats and phone calls to customer service

June 3 2024 my service was turned on, so i should have been able to get it on July 3rd; called and the rep did an escalation form. Still can't get the TV. It says the code is invalid.

Yes it was for new service, I'm on the highest plan & through the verzion app. This is ridiculous. Now the offer tab is gone and the last day for me to redeem the offer was September 2 2024. I want my tv I got promised for the promotion or I'm going to report verzion to the Federal Trade Commission.

No, I don't want a private message,  i want my tv. In the past couple weeks, I have talked to 2 representatives and a supervisor over the phone. And they all tell me to wait another week, wait another week, let them fill out a form. I feel like, and I'm sure the other customers feel the same, we feel like we're being lied to. The only reason I left at&t was because of the TV promotion.
