I have the appropriate plan for the perks 5G Get More. I enjoy my access to Disney+ very much. That is always smooth sailing but I am not able to enjoy the other perks like ESPN+, Hulu and Apple arcade. These are all included but only Disney+ works. When I go in the hulu app and espn app, each say “no subscription “ under the area that should show my disney bundle subscription. I need help. Apple arcade has no section to click to set it up for free. It is not a trial. It is a perk that is included in my plan.
Please tell us, did you have an account prior to this promo? Have you tried through My Verizon?

I have only had one Verizon account and never had issues with plan perks. It is not a promo. It is a perk that is part of my plan for free but only Disney+ works. I have no access to apple arcade(no link to set it up), hulu and espn+ was working actually like months ago but now I wanted to use them again; it suddenly stopped working. What do I do?
