Apple Music Subscription suddenly not working

Newbie

We recently purchased new iPhones at the Apple Store due to the wider selection of availability over what the Verizon store had. After activating the phone, I now no longer have access to my Apple Music subscription. My phone  says my subscription expired. My husband’s phone has access to our Apple Music account. There seems to be a spot to click that says Join through Verizon? But that doesn’t seem to allow me to addd myself back in. We have a Verizon plan that says we should have free Apple Music for both my husband and myself, I think. Can you please tell me how I can verify this and/or update it on the new phone? Thanks!

I'm thrilled to hear you got some new iPhones 🙂 Being able to make use of Apple Music as part of your plan is fantstic. Have you checked in My Verizon, to ensure that your line is enrolled? You can check that by signing in, going to Account, then Services & Perks. Once on that page, you can select Apple Music and confirmed which lines are currently enrolled.
