Apple Music saying 'Not Compatible' to add even though I'm on the Get More Plan

I used to get Apple Music included with my plan. Now it doesn't let me add it back. I'm on Get More so it's permanent Apple Music. When I go to add it back it says my phone line is incompatible with the Apple Music even tho I'm on the right plan. Others have complained about this before and it seems some internal team had to fix it.  Please help!

Hello, oscillatewildly. Having access to your Apple Music perk is a must. Help is here. I see you stated it won't let you add it back. Was there as change in your plan at any point? Please clarify.

Hi, no changes. I'm on the Get More plan. Someone else had this issue and the internal team fixed it. Here is reference:
