Been on chat customer service for two whole days from 11am to 9pm each day. No one can figure out how to fix my issue. They just continue to try to get me to change my plan or offers me WiFi extensions that has nothing to do with the issue. We have the “Get More Plan” which Apple Music is included with. Two lines with same plan, some Apple phones. One enrolled but the other will not. The phone that I can’t get to enroll says it’s not compatible but the two phones are both iPhone 14 Pro.

We are sorry for the issues you're having. Vmsharrai, where did you purchase your devices? When you access your My Verizon account through the app or online at http://www.vzw.com/myverizon does the system recognize the phone model?

Could it be each line needs a separate Apple ID now to access Apple Music? Streaming services have been cracking down on shared use of an account across multiple devices.
Apologies if someone has already tried these steps with you, but I found this on the Verizon website about opting in for the Apple Music perk:

I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
