I am not the first to experience this so I will link a few other posts with the same issue.  It goes back years.  This should have a documented resolution by now, yet every support staff I've dealt with thus far acts like this is a first-time thing.

Should have taken effect 6/6, it is now 6/13.  This should not be this complicated.

We never want you to have an error. Are you trying to change your plan? Were you using the My Verizon app or the Web page? What plan are you on currently?-Joe

The plan was changed to Apple One and never given the perks of Apple One, it instead has a permanent phantom pending order as shown in the original post. I never received the invite text to enroll the line in Apple One. Instead, I see that it shows I'm already enrolled. Except, as also shown in the original post, Apple Subscriptions does not see anything being shown as a plan entitlement. So to answer your questions, this error is on both the app and the webpage, and no I am not currently trying to change my plan. I have already changed my plan. See additional screenshots.
