Apple One perk

I have the Apple one plan which comes with the free Apple one perk I cannot for the life of me get it to enroll. I have tried multiple times over several days. It keeps saying we are unable to complete your request. Please try again later. This is very frustrating. I know others have had this issue as well.

Haines001, we certainly understand how important it is to be able to complete your enrollment for Apple One. We don't want you to miss out on the benefits of the perk. Can you share with us the steps that you have attempted for enrolling to ensure that we don't ask you to try the same steps again? Do you currently or previously have existing services enrolled through Apple directly? Are you attempting through the app or online to complete the enrollment? If through the app, can you check to ensure it is up to date with the latest update version?

I tried adding using the web and it sent the link and worked then 30 minutes later I got an email from Verizon stating that it was cancelled.  Since then I tried the app and the web to re add it but no luck and keeps giving an error, I try to click on the origional link in the text message but it keeps saying  unable to verify phone number.

I did create a support ticket and they think it is something on the "Back end" so the support people created a ticket Friday and said it would take 5 buisness days.  So thats where im at.

I Do currently have Apple one through Apple which ends May 20th

I am having the same issue.

I have an Apple One subscription directly thru Apple (expires in a month) and want to activate the perk subscription but keep getting the same โ€˜unableโ€ฆ try again laterโ€™ message no matter what i do or how long i wait to try again.
