Apple Watch Ultra

I went in the store on October 5th and started a new plan coming from T-mobile.  At the time,  I was given the option to add an Apple Watch for $7 a month or $500 off  the Apple Watch ultra 3.  Due to the lack of inventory of iPhone 17 pro, I was told they couldn’t start the line until the phone comes in.  I went into the store today after receiving the iPhone 17pro in the mail and they told me the promo for the Apple Watch Ultra 3 is no longer valid.  I haven’t even been a customer for 5 mins and I’m being mislead.  I signed with you guys under the circumstances that the Apple Watch Ultra 3 would be bundled with $500 off and it has been lowed to $200.  This wouldn’t have been an issue if you had phone inventory from when I originally came to the store.  I would expect that the terms that I signed and agreed to while setting up my service would be honored as a new customer coming from a different carrier
