I recently had to get a new phone when my old phone was stolen. The gentleman at the Verizon store recommended the Samsung S21 so that is what I purchased. He was unable to retrieve any of my information from the the cloud, for unknown reasons he said: it was not working. Go home I will send a code to your tablet and you can retrieve everything. It's simple..
Well ifs it's so simple you do it. But I left and went home. That's when everything went wrong. Had code did not work. Called Verizon after a nice 45 minute hold they could not figure it out either. Until I noticed he pit in wrong phone number. Long story short. I had almost a Month of bad customer service phone problems and never once did they offer a credit. But when I wanted to use the 30 day exchange they wanted to charge me almost 50.00 dollars to restock it. Which they don't tell you saying no other choice. Well my other choice is across the street I said so don't tell me that... I think you need to retrain your people....
