I recently replaced a lost phone with a samsung 22 ultra, I have the call filter app which says it is compatible. When trying to open it just says checking account status. How do I fix this?
We definitely want to make sure that you're able to access all features on your account. Please tell us, where was the replacement device purchased? The reason we ask is that any Verizon purchased Android will be eligible for Call Filter Plus or Call Filter Free. What happens after you uninstall and reinstall the application on your device?

We are here to help. Some Verizon applications are not able to be uninstalled, but can be disabled so that they are not working in the background. ~Peter
